Thank you for shopping with Fursvana. We want you to be happy with your order and will do our best to help if there is an issue.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Because our products are pet items, we cannot accept returns on items that have been heavily used, chewed, damaged through normal pet play, or returned in unsanitary condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo or video of the issue
- A short description of the problem
- Email to calmvea@gmail.com
If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Supervised Play Notice
The Glow Ball is designed for supervised play and is best for light to moderate chewers. It is not recommended for aggressive chewers. Pet toys can wear down over time, and customers should inspect the toy before and after use and replace it if damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items damaged from normal pet use
- Items damaged by aggressive chewing
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned in unsanitary condition
- Gift cards, if offered
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
